James M. “Jamie” Gardner Sr. is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Flow Path Consulting, bringing more than four decades of leadership experience across military, commercial, regional, business aviation, and turbine engine MRO operations. A former United States Air Force jet engine mechanic and C-130 Flight Engineer, Jamie has designed, developed, and led multiple world-class aerospace and turbine engine operations throughout North America.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical Operations from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Waynesburg University, and a Master Certificate in Strategic Negotiation from Michigan State University. This combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership development enables him to bridge operational execution with strategic organizational objectives.

Throughout his career, Jamie has been recognized for combining operational excellence, deep technical knowledge, financial discipline, and people-focused leadership to help organizations improve performance, reliability, and sustainable growth. His experience spans turbine engine MRO, aerospace manufacturing, automation systems, operational turnarounds, organizational design, change management, precision manufacturing, and executive leadership across some of the aerospace industry's most complex operating environments.

Prior to founding Flow Path Consulting, Jamie held executive leadership positions overseeing global aerospace operations, MRO facilities, advanced manufacturing organizations, automation enterprises, and precision technology businesses. His accomplishments include the design and implementation of more than a dozen aerospace and turbine engine operations, including one of North America's premier LEAP engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul facilities.

Having led greenfield startups, major facility transformations, organizational redesigns, and operational turnarounds across multiple aerospace sectors, Jamie provides clients with practical, experience-driven solutions that improve operational performance, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and deliver measurable business results.
